WildWay is a marketplace that connects travellers (guests) with freelance naturalists who design and lead excursions. We are not the operator of any excursion; the naturalist you book with is responsible for delivering it.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Guest accounts are active immediately. Naturalist accounts are reviewed by our team and only become visible to guests once approved.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
A booking request is an offer, not a confirmed trip. The excursion is only confirmed once the naturalist accepts it. Prices shown are per person and set by the naturalist.
Guests must meet the minimum age and fitness requirements listed on the excursion. Naturalists may decline a request that is not a safe fit.
Only guests who have completed an excursion may review it, and only once per booking. Naturalists may publish a single reply. We remove reviews that contain abuse, personal data or content unrelated to the excursion.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, misrepresents credentials, or puts guests at risk.
